Delivery methods in Estonia
- Parcel locker (Omniva, DPD, Smartpost): 4,90 €. Only for products that fit in a parcel locker, e.g. accessories.
- Freight delivery: 60 €. Flagpoles, concrete bases and lighting poles.
- Collection from the Kolu factory: free of charge.
Delivery outside Estonia
Accessories are sent by courier: 15 € to the European Union, 35 € elsewhere. Transport of flagpoles outside Estonia is quoted on request: info.ee@flagmore.com, +372 60 36 026. You can also choose collection from the Kolu factory.
All prices include 24% VAT.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us by e-mail at info.ee@flagmore.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but not before the goods have been returned.
